As head of the property's sales department, you drive revenue through strategic sales leadership for hotels with high bookings and catering revenue. You lead reactive and proactive sales efforts, shaping campaigns and building long-term customer relationships to meet revenue goals. You partner with regional marketing and other departments to align on promotions, branding standards, and service excellence. You’ll oversee talent, budgets, and channel participation to maximize occupancy, RevPAR, and owner ROI in line with Marriott’s brand strategy.
