Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an analyst
- Experience in Insurance domain
- Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in designing interfaces
- Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
- Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
- Usage of UML, BPMN
- Understanding UX competencies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
