Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center ecosystem
, interested in working with
development, integrations, Power Platform, Azure and omnichannel solutions
. The level of responsibility will be adapted according to each candidate’s experience and seniority

What will you work on?

• Develop and enhance solutions on




Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Service / CCaaS
.

• Customize Dynamics 365 using
plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, web resources and Custom APIs
.

• Build solutions and automations with
Power Apps and Power Automate
.

• Work with
Dataverse
and integrations across
Azure and AWS
environments.

• Develop and enhance
Contact Center and Omnichannel
solutions, including voice, chat, bots and other digital channels.

• Work with
Azure Communication Services and Event Grid
.

• Develop solutions using
Microsoft Copilot Studio
.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.

• Participate in
CI/CD, automation and DevOps
practices.

• For Senior and Lead positions, contribute to solution design, technical leadership, mentoring and direct client interaction.
