Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the global OpenShift container platforms and large-scale virtualization environments, aligning them with enterprise IT and business objectives. You will manage a external service provider to meet SLAs, security, and compliance while driving ongoing improvements. You will shape architecture, governance, and lifecycle strategies to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure. The role offers the chance to influence globally distributed operations and partner with cybersecurity, ITIL, and DevOps teams. You will contribute to budgeting, capacity planning, and incident resolution to support business objectives.

• Own global OpenShift and virtualization infrastructure services
• Define and maintain service strategy, architecture, and lifecycle
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs with external partners
• Lead service reviews, audits and continuous improvement with external provider
• Drive incident/problem management, root cause analysis and resolution planning




• Collaborate with cybersecurity for security controls, patching and vulnerability management
• Design and evolve scalable, secure OpenShift and virtualization environments
• Contribute to budget planning, cost optimization, and capacity forecasting

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
• Strong OpenShift/Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise
• Deep virtualization experience (VMware vSphere; Red Hat Virtualization; Hyper-V; KVM)
• Experience managing external service providers in a general enterprise
• Understanding of ITIL, DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Project management skills for Network u0026 Datacenter design/built projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Fluent business English (oral and written)
