This is a remote project management opportunity supporting integration and commercial technology initiatives within the animal health sector. The role focuses on translating business objectives and operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful technology delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle. A key part of the position involves analyzing current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improvement. You will also contribute to prioritization, testing, release planning, and business readiness. The role offers broad exposure to technology transformation while requiring strong stakeholder coordination, documentation, and delivery discipline.

Accountabilities




- Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization for integration and commercial technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to gather, clarify, and refine business needs.
- Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.
