In this role you shape quality as a strategic driver for Hager’s Project Business. You will build and lead a global quality model spanning the full lifecycle of complex solutions, from specification to after-sales, ensuring complete system performance. You will work across Ru0026amp;D, engineering, operations and partners to prevent issues, accelerate containment of escalations and drive measurable improvements. This position offers visibility at the executive level and the chance to turn quality into a competitive advantage for customer trust and project profitability.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and deploy a global Project Business Quality Model across the full lifecycle
• Strengthen quality at the solution level by coordinating hardware, software, engineering choices and applications
• Integrate quality into customer requirements, specifications and project preparation
• Identify risks early and implement preventive actions
• Lead handling of major customer complaints and field issues with robust root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Improve installation, commissioning and field performance quality and translate feedback into systemic improvements
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality through transparency, preventive mechanisms and reduced warranty exposure
• Lead across Ru0026D, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Group Quality; develop the quality organization and partner network
• Establish indicators, dashboards and reporting to track customer, project, field and partner quality and POQ
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field
• Significant international, project-driven quality/engineering/operations leadership experience
• Strong exposure to complex electrical systems, engineered solutions or related pro
