Why this role exists:

This role exists to maximize value and minimize friction across our spend categories. You'll help us stretch our budgets and accelerate operations by taking end-to-end ownership of the procurement pipeline—from requirements to signed contracts and renewals.
What you'll drive:

Commercial Strategy & Outcomes




- Drive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives through aggressive vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization.
- Continuously review active agreements to flag commercial risks, redundant tools, and renegotiation opportunities.
- Track and report key spend metrics, realized savings, vendor performance, and contract renewal pipelines.

Discovery & Selection
- Translate internal stakeholder requests into clear procurement requirements and specs.
- Conduct targeted market research to identify alternative vendors and benchmark market pricing.
- Lead clear RFQ/RFP processes and build data-backed comparative analyses (total cost of ownership) to guide buy decisions.

Execution & Delivery
- Own the complete purchase lifecycle: vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract routing, and execution.
