Its platform operates across more than 1,500 cities in 25 countries.Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance- Develop a deep understanding of one talent market: WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, or Africa- Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks, job boards, and other resources- Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for assigned regions- Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, and regional adaptation- Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent- Use ATS reports, dashboards,
