Strategic Focus of the Role

The Sales Engineer - Spain will drive profitable growth across Spain by developing both existing and new customers in Industrial and Infrastructure markets. The main focus is on large industrial end users, industrial contractors and OEMs, combining project and product sales with active customer development, new opportunity creation and growth of the existing installed base. The role also works with representatives, distributors and channel partners to extend market coverage,



particularly within Infrastructure, with additional responsibility for selected opportunities in Portugal.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth plan for Spain, with selected customer and opportunity coverage in Portugal.
- Win new project opportunities and grow product business across key industrial segments, including oil & gas, refining, chemicals, petrochemicals, renewable, energy transition, pharmaceuticals and other process industries.
- Develop new customers and increase Chemelex’s share of wallet at large industrial accounts.
- Build strong relationships with end users, OEMs, partners, distributors, contractors, and key technical and commercial decision-makers.
