Sales Manager
who enjoys communicating with parents, knows how to build trust and can confidently turn enquiries into enrolments.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp and other channels
- Contacting former clients and reactivating our existing database
- Scheduling trial lessons
- Following up with warm leads
- Presenting our programmes and helping families choose the right option
- Supporting clients throughout the enrolment and payment process
- Keeping the CRM updated and preparing sales reports
- Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience; experience in education, services or B2C sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and telephone sales skills
- Ability to identify clients’ needs, handle objections and close deals
- Organised and disciplined approach to CRM management and follow-ups
- Required languages:
Spanish,
Catalan and English
- Availability to work during the specified evening and Saturday hours
Working Schedule
This is a part-time position of approximately
16 hours per week

- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday:
17:30–20:30
- Thursday:
day off
- Friday:
17:30–20:30
- Saturday:
10:00–14:00
- Sunday:
day off
After successful completion of the probationary period, we are open to considering an
increase in working hours
