This is a full-time role designed for a rising technical talent excited to launch a career bridging data engineering and client operations. As the technical backbone for our Sales and Account Management teams, you will work behind the scenes to ensure seamless customer data implementations.

You will collaborate directly with our backend and data engineering teams to map customer datasets, resolve complex technical escalations, and streamline our implementation workflows. This role provides highly hands-on experience in platform management and offers a clear growth path into advanced technical operations, sales engineering, or core data engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Implementation:
Map, format, and configure customer data (CSV, Excel, JSON) to ensure smooth onboarding and system integration.
- Technical Operations:
Execute complex backend data requests, run data updates, and troubleshoot API connections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the technical right hand to Sales and Account Management,



translating customer data needs into clear technical requirements for backend developers.
- Support Escalation:
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for our support team, diagnosing and debugging platform or data-processing issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong understanding of data management, databases, and standard data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, backend systems, and APIs (academic or internship experience is acceptable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical debugging skills.
- Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical realities to non-technical teams like Sales and Account Management.
