In this role, you lead digital transformation projects for clients in Catalonia, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology-driven solutions that modernize public services. You define scope and success criteria with stakeholders, manage scope, schedule and resources, and monitor progress through governance meetings and metrics. You collaborate across functional, technical and business profiles to drive decisions and align expectations. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic transformations within the public sector and contribute to improved administration services.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and closure of digital transformation projects
• Define project scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria with clients and stakeholders
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and governance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional,



technical and business profiles
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and incidents with contingency plans
• Monitor project status via indicators, reports and governance meetings, communicating progress clearly
• Manage client relationships and align expectations to achieve high satisfaction
• Propose solutions and strategies to meet project objectives and drive decision making
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budget and governance policies
• Promote xqbhyrx continuous improvement through PM methodologies and best practices
• Contribute to technical proposals, offers, RFP/RFI and related documentation when needed
