Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the development of an AI-powered financial assistant platform, guiding end-to-end delivery from design to implementation in a fast-paced, startup-like setting. You’ll shape product capabilities with a small, highly skilled engineering team and work with cutting-edge tech, architectures, and AI-assisted programming tools. You will build and optimize AI-driven financial workflows, deploying scalable backend and frontend components. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends system design, cloud infrastructure, and product impact to transform financial utilities.

• Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven financial assistant features
• Architect backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar




• Maintain scalable systems with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Collaborate on frontend with React (TypeScript) and AI-driven UI
• Apply AI-assisted programming approaches and modern engineering practices
• Gather requirements, perform system design, and ensure robustness across edge cases
• Work with peers in an agile, lean setup to define and iterate product capabilities
• Ensure automated testing, reliability, and best practices across the lifecycle
