In this role you drive AI-enabled content creation and GEO-focused optimization at HP, scaling creative production across the marketing organisation. You lead prompt engineering and agentic workflows to boost efficiency and discoverability across traditional and AI-driven channels. You collaborate across marketing, communications and digital teams to align content with key priorities and establish governance and training for AI-assisted creation. You stay ahead of AI trends, turning insights into scalable programs with measurable impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development




• Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GSB's GEO presence and discoverability
• Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content that supports key business priorities
• Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation
• Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content trends, and GEO practices, translating insights into scalable marketing programs

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or related areas
• Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs
