Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive end-to-end Engineering Quality activities within Airbus Defence and Space Getafe, supporting the Military Air Systems Engineering Quality Team. You will implement quality and process assurance across development programs and liaise with engineering, production, and external auditors to ensure right-first-time deliverables. The position centers on proactive quality culture, risk prevention, and continuous improvement in a multinational environment. This is a hands-on role shaping quality across the full development cycle with a clear impact on program success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan and execute E2E Engineering Quality activities (Process Assurance Plans, Technical Reviews, Quality Gates, FCA)
• Deploy Quality methods and risk prevention tools (APQP, DFMEA, PPS, RCA, 5 Whys, First Installation Checks)
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders (Chief Engineering, Production, services, auditors, National Quality Reps)




• Manage non-conformities and quality anomalies; support root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure right-first-time design deliverables
• Support the Business Management System (BMS) and audits; ensure EN9100 compliance and promote quality mindset
• Drive continuous improvement projects; identify weak points, manage risks, and share lessons learned

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree with at least 1 year of experience in an engineering setting
• Experience in a design organization is required
• Strong communication and adaptability for networking environments
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering, EN9100, APQP, FMEA, RCA (PPS, 5Whys), PAR methodologies
