Our success is driven by our people, and we're looking for someone who wants to start their HR career in an international and fast-growing environment.What You’ll DoAs part of our HR team, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent for our growing international IT organization.Your Responsibilities Will Include- Manage the full recruitment process, from understanding the hiring need and defining the profile to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define recruitment priorities and provide expert advice throughout the selection process.- Source, identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and corporate roles.- Conduct CV screening, phone interviews and competency-based interviews.- Prepare candidate profiles, interview reports and recruitment recommendations for internal stakeholders.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.- Support and develop employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.- Support day-to-day HR activities when required.What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a similar HR role.- Experience recruiting technical and business profiles in the IT, technology, consulting or digital sectors.- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related data.- Business-level English proficiency, minimum B2-C1.- Availability to work from either our Madrid or Barcelona office.What You’ll GetThis is an opportunity to take on a senior role within the HR Iberia team and make a meaningful contribution to talent acquisition in a fast-growing international IT company.We Offer- A collaborative, inclusive and multicultural work environment.- A senior position with autonomy and real responsibility from day one.- Close collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers and international HR teams.- Hybrid working model.- Versátil working hours.- Modern offices in Madrid and Sant Cugat del Vallès.- The opportunity to grow within a fast-growing international organization.- An initial fixed-term opportunity supporting the HR team during a period of parental leave, with potential for continuation depending on business needs, performance and mutual fit.- Availability to start in October.We look forward to welcoming a new member to our dynamic team at adesso Spain!#J-18808-Ljbffr
