Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the underwriting and management of Sompo’s Accident u0026amp; Health portfolio for Iberia, working with the Head of Au0026amp;H and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. You will analyze submissions, develop offers, and foster broker and client relationships in an international setting. The role blends technical underwriting with commercial development to help Sompo meet its strategic targets. This is an opportunity to build strong foundations while gaining market exposure in a collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support underwriting and management of the Au0026H portfolio with profitability in mind
• Review submissions to enable new business and renewals
• Assist broker development activities and identify market opportunities
• Ensure terms and conditions align with the underwriting strategy
• Support client and broker meetings to grow relationships and business
• Maintain a balanced, diversified risk profile and segmentation
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, legal, and compliance teams




• Contribute to marketing and business development with client-focused solutions
• Keep underwriting documentation accurate and ensure timely system updates
• Continue developing underwriting, technical, and commercial knowledge through practice and coaching

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of experience in underwriting, insurance, or related role
• Strong interest in Accident u0026 Health underwriting
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity
• Positive, proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Commercial awareness and ability to build internal and external relationships
• Ability to manage priorities, work structurally, and meet deadlines
• Language skills: Spanish and English
