We are looking for a Project Engineer, responsible for evaluating and analyzing construction bids for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements, and providing support for contractor selection and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical and financial aspects, integrating engineering, procurement, and planning functions.

- Review and analyze contractors’ technical proposals, including drawings, specifications, methodologies, schedules, and resources.

- Contribute to defining metrics and indicators to evaluate the technical quality of proposals.

- Prepare detailed technical reports to support contractor selection recommendations.

- Assess the technical feasibility of bids, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities.





- Ensure compliance with technical regulations, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.

- Participate in meetings with suppliers and contractors to clarify technical queries and negotiate bid terms.

- Update technical criteria throughout the bidding and analysis process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields.

- 5 years of experience in technical analysis of bids for industrial construction projects.

- Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to industrial projects.

- Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
