Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Dutch Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This unique role involves ensuring the safety, accuracy, and integrity of content generated by Generative AI technologies. You'll be at the forefront of managing AI-generated content risks, promoting safe and ethical AI use, and contributing to the trustworthiness of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review AI-generated content to identify and mitigate risks related to misinformation, harmful content, or policy violations.
- Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of GenAI content to ensure compliance with trust and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to enhance content safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the trustworthiness and ethical standards of AI-generated content.
- Report on trends, risks, and incidents related to GenAI content to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to raising awareness about safe and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in trust and safety roles, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess complex and nuanced content.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, especially generative AI, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility towards ethical AI use.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
