Site Supervisor / Site Manager at SPX FLOW, an ITT Company

Location: Madrid, Spain

SPX FLOW is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our global Installation & Commissioning (I&C;) team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional with strong site execution, commissioning, and leadership experience within the Food, Dairy, Nutrition, or Process Industries.

As part of our international project execution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery through safe, efficient, and high-quality on-site operations across EMEA and occasionally APAC regions.

About the Role

Depending on project scope and experience, you may be assigned as:

- Process Commissioning Engineer (PCE)

- Commissioning Team Leader (CTL)

- Site Manager (SM)

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, customers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate all site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to SPX FLOW quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Execution

- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities and SPX teams

- Ensure implementation and compliance with EH&S; plans

- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, materials, documentation, and daily site operations

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting

- Organize and lead daily site coordination meetings

- Maintain quality control and ensure safe working conditions

- Coordinate communication between customers, contractors, and SPX FLOW teams

Commissioning & Project Support

- Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and operational activities

- Ensure teams are working with updated documentation, tools, and PPE

- Manage project risks,



issues, and change requests

- Provide weekly reporting to Project Management and Engineering teams

- Participate in customer meetings and project reviews

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong experience in Food, Dairy, Nutrition, or Process Industries
✔ Background in engineering, construction, commissioning, or process operations
✔ Experience managing site teams and contractors in industrial projects
✔ Knowledge of process systems, installation, and commissioning activities
✔ Strong understanding of project risk, safety, and quality management
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to work independently in dynamic site environments
✔ Fluent spoken and written English

Annual salary: 40,300 – 52,360 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree or qualification in Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related discipline

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Process Engineering, Site Management, or Commissioning roles

- Strong knowledge of MS Office; MS Project knowledge preferred

- Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA and globally when required (up to 80%)
