Experteer Overview In this role you will provide HSE leadership across Hitachi Energy EU HUB, driving risk management and continuous safety improvements. You will partner with business leaders to foster a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and lead incident investigations with effective corrective actions. - Lead and continuously improve HSE programs across EU HUB
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and drive improvement initiatives
- Lead incident investigations and ensure preventive actions
- Support contractor management, site inspections, audits, and reviews
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs




- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to promote best practices
- Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiativesResponsabilidades
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of Operational HSE experience, preferably in energy
- Strong expertise in electrical safety for complex industrial settings
- Proven track record of implementing HSE improvement programmes and translating integral strategies to local execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with proactive risk management
- Fluent English; Spanish helpful
