Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive manufacture-focused engineering for Airbus Widebody programs (A350/A330) from Getafe. You will translate industrial requirements into design, develop build processes, and manage critical documentation to ensure quality and efficiency. You will act as a technical authority on process specifications and support Run@Rate validations. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration in an international environment and an opportunity to influence industrialization and cost optimization of aerostructures.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Incorporate industrial requirements across design phases and advocate DfM practices
• Develop build processes and specify tooling, equipment, and machinery requirements
• Create and update routings, BoM, and SOIs per Process A2019.1 and Airbus Golden Rules
• Implement Standard Work with STV and conduct FMEA/PFMEA analyses




• Serve as ME signatory for Airbus Process Specifications and resolve escalations
• Support Run@Rate validations and assess the industrial impact of design changes
• Assist CAPEX and budget planning and ensure EHS compliance

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical field
• Proven manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or high-tech environments
• Deep understanding of Airbus processes (A2019.1, A2853.3, AIPS/AIPI) and SAP/MRP
• PFMEA methodology knowledge
• Strong cross-functional collaboration能力
• Advanced English (C1); Spanish valued
