Its services connect customers, riders, and merchants, supporting delivery operations across food, grocery, and retail.Задачи:- Lead design efforts to revamp the order tracking experience across Delivery Hero’s brands- Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch- Use research insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results to refine the order tracking journey- Contribute to and refine the product roadmap- Prioritize features that drive engagement and improve the user experience- Apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless experiences- Facilitate workshops and design sprints- Advocate for best practices in visual design, accessibility, and interaction design- Communicate design decisions and align stakeholders across the organization- Foster continuous improvement, collaboration,
