Transportation Operations Manager(Quality Improvement)

What You'll Do

- Responsible for transportation quality system building and quality improvement. Coordinate exception management, standard implementation and carrier quality alignment, to continuously reduce cargo damage, delivery delays and customer complaints, and improve end‑to‑end service quality.
- Exception Management Lead the setup of end‑to‑end transportation closed‑loop exception mechanism and tiered response rules. Drive cross‑functional resolution for high‑impact customer complaints. Supervise front‑line teams and carriers to complete daily exception verification, accountability definition and closed‑loop follow‑up.
- Quality System Lead the formulation of transportation quality standards, operating procedures and KPI baselines, covering core metrics such as damage rate, on‑time rate, response turnaround and complaint rate. Establish quality inspection and carrier audit mechanisms, and supervise standard execution and risk rectification.
- Improvement Execution Analyze quality and exception data to identify root causes of frequent issues.



Lead special improvement projects for damage reduction, on‑time performance upgrade and complaint decrease. Align internal resources to implement corrective actions, verify outcomes and replicate best practices.
- Cross‑team Collaboration Lead the alignment of upstream‑downstream quality collaboration mechanisms. Manage cross‑link quality gap remediation, and drive information sharing, rule alignment and process connection optimization.

About You

- Industry Experience: 5+ years
- Position Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language: Proficient in Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Experienced in building transportation quality systems and leading improvement projects. Familiar with end‑to‑end operation logic and quality standards for trunk / feeder transportation. Prior experience in cargo damage control and on‑time performance improvement projects is preferred. Familiar with iTMS system. Strong capabilities in data analysis, cross‑team collaboration and project coordination.
