Define and execute account strategies and account plans for key industrial clients Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunter profile) within the manufacturing sector Manage the full end‐to‐end sales cycle (opportunity → proposal → negotiation → closure) Coordinate internal teams (pre‐sales, delivery, bid management) to shape solutions Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients Track and manage sales KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin, growth)



Use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting Manufacturing Focus Understanding of industrial environments: Production processes Industrial IoT / smart factories Cloud & Soveraignity Industrial AI Cloud Data & Agentic AI for operations Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales professional in IT services or consulting Experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is highly valued Strong background in selling technology solutions (cloud, outsourcing, digital transformation) Experience managing large accounts and complex sales cycles High level of English (mandatory) Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills T‐Social: social initiatives (sports, community, health, ...)
