In this role you will manage monthly closings, reconcilations and financial reporting from our Madrid HQ, supporting cross-functional Shared Services and intercompany processes. You will help ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and tax coverage while assisting audits and ad-hoc analyses. This is an international, collaborative environment where you enable accurate financial insight and timely reporting.
You’ll be central to implementing robust accounting processes as the company scales its powertrain solutions for a net-zero future.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries on time
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support closing
- Coordinate with Shared Services on accounting processes
- Oversee monthly intercompany settlements
- Ensure GAAP/IFRS/tax compliance
- Support internal and external audits with documentation
- Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects
Responsabilidades
- Proven track record in accounting and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Excellent SAP S/4HANA (FI u0026 MM) skills
- Advanced xugodme Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
