Description

Engineer for maintaining enterprise storage environments, with expertise in SAN/NAS technologies, storage provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms. The role involves advanced technical skills, proactive monitoring, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Skills

MUST HAVE

5-7 years storage knowledge, aware of different storage solutions

Good communication, presentation, reporting and leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Excellent skills on the following technologies: SAN/NAS, 3PAR, NetApp, EMC, IBM, HP

NICE TO HAVE





Ability to work effectively in team environments.

Strong technical communication and teamwork skills

Tasks

- Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
- Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery/country location
- Standard run operation
- Work on incident/problem/change/SR alignment with client doing health checks for the systems
- Identify automation opportunities align parameter changes
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
- Proactive analysis of problems and application of best practices. xugodme

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL SERVICIO:

Shift M-F 7:00 - 19:00 (07:00-15:00/ 8:00-17:00/10:00-19:00)
