In this role you drive AI-enabled content creation and GEO-focused optimization at HP, scaling creative production across the marketing organisation. You lead prompt engineering and agentic workflows to boost efficiency and discoverability across traditional and AI-driven channels. You collaborate across marketing, communications and digital teams to align content with key priorities and establish governance and training for AI-assisted creation.

You stay ahead of AI trends, turning insights into scalable programs with measurable impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development
- Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GSB's GEO presence and discoverability
- Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content that supports key business priorities
- Establish best practices, governance,



and training programs for AI-assisted content creation
- Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content trends, and GEO practices, translating insights into scalable marketing programs

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or related areas
- Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, digital publishing, xugodme and audience engagement
- Experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-powered content creation
- Understanding of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable content and creative solutions
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and marketing processes across teams
