As a Business Process Analyst at Super, you will combine business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technology - including AI - to drive end-to-end business improvement across multiple functions and geographies.

Bridging business and technology, you will leverage BPMN methodologies, process tools, and data insights to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Analyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards Use BPM tools such as BusinessOptix or SAP Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processes Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks,



and automation opportunities Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field ~5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement roles ~ Experience working across business and technology teams Exposure to AI and Machine Learning use cases and projects Understanding of data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools Medical / Health Insurance Training & Learning Development We are a integral technology group, dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.
