The role is part of a dynamic finance team that supports our international operations and is a fully remote position based in Spain. Own the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps & Finance teams to provide a great customer experience for invoicing & payments.

Maintain and improve cash collection processes, ensuring that payments are received and allocated correctly. Collaborate with Automation Engineers to continuously simplify processes and pursue AI‐driven Finance. Assist in the implementation of automation projects to improve billing and collections efficiency (e.Stripe, NetSuite, Salesforce integrations).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field. ~1‐2+ years of work experience in Finance, FinTech or a similar relevant role. ~ Strong understanding of invoice processing, accounting, collections, and cash application.



~ Hands‐on experience with finance systems (e.NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce) is a plus. ~ A proactive, problem‐solving mindset with strong analytical skills. ~ Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). ~ Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‐growing, and international environment. Technical skills & affinity with system automation (RPA, Python, SQL, etc).

Experience or affinity with our systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe).
