Define, develop, validate, and implement assembly processes, ensuring robust, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions for new products. Coordinate with Design teams, suppliers, and manufacturing plants to guarantee successful industrialization and production readiness. Define manual and automated assembly processes according to product and manufacturing requirements.

Support

Design teams by providing assembly and manufacturability constraints. Prepare technical specifications for assembly equipment and workstations. Participate in supplier evaluation and quotation analysis.

Follow assembly equipment design, manufacturing, and validation activities at supplier facilities. Coordinate the implementation of assembly processes and equipment in production plants. Support production start-up and resolve assembly-related issues during ramp-up.

Maintain technical documentation and monitor project milestones and deliverables. Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or equivalent technical qualification. Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes.

Experience with assembly equipment, workstation design, and industrialization projects.
