We're partnering with a highly respected European real estate investment manager to recruit an Asset Manager for their growing Madrid office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of office and industrial assets across Spain. You'll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.

As Asset

Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Managing lettings, lease renewals,



rent reviews and occupier negotiations Driving asset performance and maximise income generation Managing service charge budgets and compliance matters Building strong relationships with agents, solicitors, property managers and surveyors Monitoring tenancy data and asset performance metrics Conducting regular property inspections across the portfolio Degree qualified in Real Estate or a related discipline ~1-3 years' experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real Estate ~ Fluent in both Spanish and English ~ Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills ~ MRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageous
