You will join ADP’s Digital Sales Academy to start a career in tech sales. The program combines classroom training with hands-on selling to generate incremental business over the phone and across a defined territory, guided by dedicated sales trainers. After three months, you transition to a permanent role with clients, quotas, and commissions.

This is a paid program with real growth potential at a Fortune 250 company. You work with cross-functional experts to sharpen your sales and communication skills and drive impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- prospect for new business and sell additional solutions to existing ADP clients over the phone using virtual technologies
- generate incremental business within an assigned geographic territory
- participate in a formal classroom training program and Sales Academy activities




- work with dedicated ADP Sales Trainers to develop selling skills and performance
