The B2B Customer Success Representative will manage a portfolio of dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, strong relationships and high service levels.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics Perform order entry in SAP (ERP system)
