The Business Data & Projects Specialist supports the Sales team by providing accurate reporting, business analysis and support in the improvement of internal processes and tools. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and follow-up of Sales dashboards, KPI reporting and key business tools such as Power BI and CRM. It also supports the Sales management team in the coordination, tracking and reporting of different projects and initiatives.

Working under the guidance of the Sales Planning Manager, the position helps ensure that projects and actions are properly followed up and that relevant business information is available to support decision-making. Reporting & Business Analysis Develop and maintain Sales dashboards and regular reporting using Power BI and Excel. Ensure the quality and consistency of the information used across reports and data sources.

Business

Tools & Digital Solutions Contribute to the day-to-day management and improvement of the Sales team's business tools, particularly Salesforce CRM. Work with Sales to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional needs for IT and Data teams. Take part in the testing and roll-out of new functionalities, reports and system improvements.

Help consolidate and make effective use of information coming from different systems and data sources. Projects & Business Initiatives Contribute to the preparation, coordination and follow-up of Sales projects and initiatives, including timelines, milestones, action plans and status updates. Prepare presentations, business updates and project reports for the Sales Management team.





Use business data, dealer feedback and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the customer journey. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field is desirable. Additional training or certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Project Management will be considered an advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, business support or project coordination roles. Previous experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, together with an advanced level of Excel.

Experience working with CRM or other business management platforms. Previous experience in Salesforce would be an advantage. Previous experience within the automotive industry, dealer networks or similarly complex commercial environments will be valued. Extensive knowledge of Power BI and Excel. Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, ETL processes and data integration concepts will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with other Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools is also valued.

Fluent

Spanish. Professional proficiency in English, as the role requires regular interaction with European, regional and HQ teams. Chinese would be considered an advantage. Ability to communicate information clearly and translate data into practical business insights. Individual contributor role, with no direct or functional reports and no budget ownership.
