: European Business Development Job Responsibilities

- Take charge of OEM customer development and channel partner expansion across European markets.
- Build and maintain stable customer networks covering core regions including Germany, France, the Netherlands and other European countries.
- Continuously collect local market demands, industry trends and competitor intelligence to support internal strategy adjustment.
- Drive the whole-cycle project roll out, including prototype introduction, customer testing, mass production landing and follow-up coordination.
- Develop, standardize and optimize the local partner cooperation system,



maintain long-term strategic partnerships with distributors and OEM manufacturers.

Job Requirements
- Able to work and reside in Europe long-term; proven overseas work experience in European market is mandatory.
- Familiar with the complete procurement process of European OEM manufacturers, with mature OEM customer operation experience.
- Fluent verbal and written English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
- Good cross-cultural communication, negotiation and project coordination capabilities.
- Self-motivated, able to independently develop new customers and expand regional business.
