As we expand across the globe, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and represent Modmacon's vision at the heart of the global gaming ecosystem.

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow Modmacon's client base across Europe. You'll build lasting partnerships with game developers and publishers, identify new opportunities, and represent Modmacon at major gaming events globally. Analyze gaming trends to uncover new opportunities in mobile game art.

Represent

Modmacon at key industry events (Gamescom, GDC, Nordic Game, etc.). Act as the main point of contact for clients,



ensuring quality delivery and satisfaction. Track sales pipelines, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes. 5–8 years' experience in BD, sales, or account management within gaming or game art production. ~ Degree in International Business Management, Marketing, or Sales/Strategic Management (or a related field). ~ Fluent English; Strong network, negotiation, communication and presentation skills. ~ Strong understanding of outsourcing models, production pipelines, and art production processes.

Contribute to shaping the future of mobile game art and visual storytelling.

Industry Exposure: Collaborate with top game studios and integral creators leading the stylized art movement.
