We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and strategic initiatives in an international environment.

What you'll do Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A; projects from strategy to closing. Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by actively screening the market. Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.

Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations. Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.

What we're looking for ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. ~8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A;),



Management Consulting, or Private Equity, with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination. ~ Fluent in English and Spanish. ~ Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills. ~ Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. ~ Nice to have: German language skills. Additional information Work across 6 countries with international teams and stakeholders. Hybrid working model with meaningful exposure to strategic and operational decisions.
