The Digital
Innovation and Operational Services Chapter is a global team in R&D; that focuses on internal improvement: increasing productivity, efficiency, and the ability of the R&D; organization to collaborate across its global organizational interfaces. Our work involves reducing complexity of our systems, harmonizing processes, tools, and business practices, and building connections across geographical and organizational silos. We are seeking a R&D; Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to join our global support team.
You will be the reliable service provider handling critical system requests within our core business tools, ensuring our scientists and engineers worldwide can focus on developing innovative products for patients. You are quick in learning new software systems and tools, enjoy helping your coworkers every day, and are motivated to innovate internal processes to automate tasks, you will fit right into our team!
Execute R&D; System Requests: Fulfill customer tool requests using expertise in business systems and compliance standards Expert in our Global Business Applications: Act as the subject matter expert for one or more complex R&D; business applications records management, lab data, change requests) for high-accuracy execution Maximize Scientist Productivity: Use your expertise across business data and organizational structure to streamline operations and save significant time for R&D; scientists Maintain Global Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong, collaborative customer service mindset within a diverse,
global team Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance: Guarantee all activities strictly adhere to regulated R&D; processes, supporting audits and data retrieval Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical, scientific, or business discipline Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an operations, technical support, or system administration role, or equivalent academic projects / internships Excellent written and verbal English Language skills are required to support our global organization. German language skills are a plus Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes is essential. Prior experience in enterprise business applications is desirable (e.g., Electronic Document Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, or Project Management tools).
