In this role, you ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of CICS services in IBM Mainframe environments. You will collaborate with development and application support teams to deliver robust, high-availability solutions. You drive incident resolution, capacity planning, and potential modernization initiatives that enhance service reliability. This is a hands-on position in a global, security-conscious organization focused on responsible innovation and client success.

- Install, configure, and maintain CICS systems software
- Manage CICS resource definitions and configurations
- Support production CICS environments and troubleshoot out-of-hours incidents
- Install, test, and deploy CICS releases and updates
- Provide Level 2/3 support for CICS-based applications
- Lead root cause analysis and recovery during critical incidents
- Design new tech solutions to improve availability and efficiency
- Monitor performance and plan capacity for CICS environments
- Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures




- Administer user access controls using RACF and ACF2
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams
- Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
- Maintain technical documentation and operational standards

Responsabilidades

- Several years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience with CICS administration and support
- Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical CICS environments
- Experience with installation, customization, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CICS Transaction Server xugodme
- Exposure to Mainframe Sysplex and high availability configurations
- Hands-on experience with CICS Transaction Server, SMP/E, z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, RACF
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex system and application issues
- Experience supporting production-critical systems with stringent availability requirements
- Strong understanding of performance management and capacity planning
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and with global teams
