In this role, you will help drive general marketing excellence by enabling data-driven, portfolio-focused decision making across brands and markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and Pu0026amp;L impact, advancing from traditional brand management to advanced portfolio management. You will shape global capabilities, support business planning, and accelerate launches across Europe, contributing to a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

You will lead through change, enabling a One Customer transformation and sharing best practices to boost commercial impact.

Responsabilidades

- Solid international pharmaceutical marketing experience in Marketing Excellence, Brand Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Launch Excellence, or related roles
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare environments; experience in Specialty Care, Rare Diseases, Biotech or highly regulated sectors is advantageous
- Proven ability to work with brand plans, portfolio reviews, business cases, forecasting, resource allocation, Pu0026L management, and performance tracking
- xugodme Experience operating in global–local business models with multiple geographies and affiliates
- Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with data synthesis and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in matrix organizations
- Collaborative mindset balancing strategic vision with operational execution
- Fluent English
