The Customer Lifecycle European Program

Lead is responsible for driving the adoption, execution, and commercial success of Customer Lifecycle programs across TD SYNNEX Europe. Acting as the link between vendor strategy and local market execution, this role enables country teams, drives partner participation in vendor programs, and ensures measurable ROI for both vendors and partners. The position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Enable and support country teams through training, tools, and best practices. Partner with local teams to identify, recruit, and onboard partners into vendor programs. Define and monitor ROI metrics, program performance, and business outcomes.

Present results, insights,



and recommendations to vendors and senior leadership.

Ensure Customer

Lifecycle initiatives are embedded into local sales and marketing plans. Strong commercial, analytical, and ROI reporting skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
