As a Customer Success Manager at , you will be the trusted advisor helping enterprise brand partners adopt and scale our platform, driving measurable ROI across partnerships. You will lead onboarding, hold strategic reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions to ensure seamless execution and adoption. This role focuses on expanding impact in Southern Europe, building local best practices, and representing the brand across regional client networks.

You’ll solve complex challenges, promote renewal and growth, and shape our Spain footprint.

- Identify churn risks and commercial opportunities, supporting renewals and account expansion

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or consultative xugodme client-facing roles in SaaS/digital marketing/affiliates
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Proven track record managing enterprise relationships and presenting data insights to executives
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to build a regional team from the ground up
