As Director Manufacturing MBS Europe, you will lead ten Masterbatch manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations. You will shape staffing, succession, and capital investments while driving HSE performance and achieving service targets. You’ll champion continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and build a high-performing European manufacturing organization.

This role offers impact across multiple sites and a mission to advance sustainability in plastics. You will lead with a transformational, results-driven style in a complex matrix environment.

- Oversee ten APS Masterbatch sites across Europe to ensure safe and compliant operations
- Direct site managers, drive staffing, succession planning, and organizational changes
- Manage annual operations and capital budgets for the region
- Develop and report KPIs and performance insights to APS EU leadership
- Promote continuous improvement aligned with business priorities
- Foster industrial relations and stakeholder engagement across functions




- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Asset Manager, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Planning
- LeadGoalZERO HSE initiatives and ensure quality targets (APEX, VEP) are achieved
- Provide reporting systems for timely site performance updates
- Mentor staff and develop career paths; build a strong local business acumen

Responsabilidades

- Engineering or science degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Min 20 years of relevant industry experience
- Min 5 years as site manager (preferred)
- Experience in international assignments and multicultural xugodme environments
- Experience managing remote, international teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably plastic compounding
- Excellent business process knowledge and economic understanding
- Very good English (verbal and written); other European languages advantageous
