Driver Recruitment and Job Platforms Coordinator - French Speaker Service Club is the leading recruitment and training platform for the delivery, mobility, and logistics industries. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Driver Recruitment & Job Platforms Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing local and national job platforms across multiple countries to generate a consistent flow of driver leads for our clients' hiring needs. This role combines market research, partnership management, and performance marketing.

You'll work closely with the Paid Media Marketer and Account Managers to ensure our job postings deliver a high volume of quality leads — at the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL). Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and national job boards and driver recruitment platforms in each operating market. Manage and optimize job postings to ensure high visibility and lead quality.

Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance, adjusting strategies to improve conversions.



Collaborate with the Paid Media and Creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Track spend, performance, and ROI across platforms, preparing weekly and monthly reports on results and recommendations.

Stay up to date with new job platforms, recruitment technologies, and regional trends in driver hiring. Ensure full compliance with data protection and advertising regulations in each country. 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, job board management, or performance hiring campaigns. ~ Strong understanding of online job platforms, aggregators, and local recruitment channels. ~ Experience in mobility, delivery, or logistics industries is a strong plus. ~ Proficiency in English; A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with proven experience in job platform management, recruitment advertising, or sourcing partnerships are strongly encouraged to apply.
