At Sage, we're looking for an experienced Employee & Labour Relations Manager to play a key role in supporting organisational change, employee consultation and labour relations activities across Spain and Portugal. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of business transformation, partnering with People teams, Legal colleagues, business leaders and employee representatives to help deliver change effectively, responsibly and in line with local requirements. The Global

Employee & Labour Relations team supports Sage's approach to employee and labour relations across Europe. The team works in partnership with People teams, Legal partners, business leaders and employee representative bodies to ensure consultation activities are delivered effectively and in accordance with local legal requirements.

Office Location Hybrid

Working - 3 days per week in our Barcelona office and 2 days from home. Support consultation and information processes in line with local requirements. Help ensure employee representative forums operate effectively and professionally. Partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to embed employee relations considerations into change programmes. Provide practical guidance to HR teams and business stakeholders on labour relations matters.

Stakeholder

Management & Continuous Improvement Build strong relationships with HR leaders, Legal partners and business stakeholders. Facilitate constructive dialogue between management and employee representative groups.



We're looking for someone who combines strong employee relations expertise with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Experience within Employee Relations, Labour Relations, HR Business Partnering or a related People function. The ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR teams, Legal partners and employee representatives. Strong planning, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience supporting consultation activities, works councils, collective consultation processes or representative forums. Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
