About The Role As an Energy Analyst, you will support the delivery of energy and sustainability initiatives across datacenter sites and regions. Support the implementation of energy and sustainability programs across sites. Coordinate local energy and environmental initiatives within datacenter environments. Monitor energy consumption, utility costs, and sustainability performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Collect and maintain energy, water, and waste data and support regular reporting activities.



Prepare monthly performance updates, variance reports, and sustainability summaries for stakeholders. Assist with execution of energy projects.

Support the development of site energy profiles, surveys, and improvement plans. Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~2+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental/energy management, project coordination, operations, or a similar role. ~ Fluency in English (written and spoken). Spanish would be an asset. ~ Understanding of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 frameworks highly desired, with awareness of how Integrated Energy/Environmental management systems are implemented and maintained. ~ Experience supporting projects, programs, or continuous improvement initiatives in a structured environment. ~ Solid organizational and project management skills, including tracking actions, managing follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. ~ Ability to interpret and communicate data and performance trends; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools.
