As Finance

Data & BI Technical Lead, you will own the design and delivery of end-to-end data solutions for the Finance domain, from ingestion to reporting. You will lead a BI delivery team and act as the technical authority for Finance data products built on Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities Own the technical delivery and quality of Finance data & BI solutions Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, data models and marts, reporting and dashboards Ensure alignment with data governance, architecture standards and best practices Act as Tech Lead on Finance data initiatives (design, estimation, delivery oversight) Collaborate closely with senior Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the delivery team Contribute hands‐on when needed (development, troubleshooting) Drive Agile delivery and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps / GitHub)



Continuously improve the Data & BI framework and ways of working Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Strong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions in Finance environments Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Hands‐on mindset with leadership capability Fluent English Required Experience &

Skills ~6+ years in data engineering / BI, including 3+ years in a Lead role ~ Strong experience with Azure data ecosystem (cloud + hybrid) ~ Deep expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Power BI (incl.
