In this role you will lead the Finance function in Spain, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls to support business decisions. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, audits, risk management, and finance transformation. You will partner with local and regional leadership and manage a small finance team to deliver reliable insights and compliant financial performance.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting
- Oversee local and corporate reporting in line with policies and accounting standards
- Maintain integrity of financial statements and balance sheets

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Significant experience in finance leadership with responsibility for accounting, reporting, controls, audits, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of financial governance, risk management, and internal controls
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations
- Fluent in Spanish and English
