Pool–Based Recruitment Qnity is seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our global Finance organization. This role supports our continued growth by strengthening operational excellence across multiple financial disciplines in a fast‐paced and international environment. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will work closely with integral teams across all regions—including Global Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit.

You will play a key role in day‐to‐day financial operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and data integrity while contributing to process improvements and cross‐functional initiatives. Support core finance operations in collaboration with global teams in Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit. Execute operational finance processes, including daily cash activities, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation management.

Maintain accurate financial and master data within finance and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with global standards. Prepare and validate reports, trackers,



and supporting documentation for internal controls, audits, SOX, and compliance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, standardization, automation, and enhanced controls.

Act as a liaison for finance stakeholders across EMEA, LATAM, North America, and other global regions. Provide analytical support for financial reviews, business inquiries, and operational programs. Ensure adherence to company policies, financial governance, and regulatory compliance.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. ~1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Shared Services, or similar functions (open to strong early‐career profiles). ~ Experience working in a global, multicultural, or cross‐functional environment is a strong advantage. ~ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel skills preferred). ~ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) is a plus. ~ Strong English communication skills; The opportunity to be part of a global Finance organization supporting operations across all regions.
